Individuals needing the extra support and care of a qualified Nurse can be catered for at Acacia House in Tenterden and Creedy House in New Romney.
A Registered Nurse is on duty 24 hours a day along with care staff. The care offered is tailored to the individual’s needs and is person centred in origin. The homes work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical needs can be met. A thorough pre-admission assessment is completed by a suitably trained professional to ensure that the homes are able to meet the individual’s needs.
The staffing levels at both homes reflect the higher needs of the residents.
We can also accommodate those funded by Continuing Care.
