Oakdale

Oakdale is a small long term care home registered for those with or without dementia requiring a low/medium level of care assistance. Situated in the beautiful area of Thundersley and backing onto green belt land, in the county of Essex. Oakdale is the perfect location for a residential care home for older people. Located on the main A13, the home is situated close to the two shopping centres of Benfleet and Hadleigh attracting excellent local transport facilities.

Oakdale provides care for 27 older residents who may or may not have dementia related illnesses. There are 25 bedrooms of which 10 have en-suite facilities, with 2 double bedrooms suitable for couples or friends wishing to share. The accommodation is on two floors which are served by stairway and shaft lift to all levels. The home has 3 lounges, 2 of which open onto a conservatory housing a dining area with a bright airy ambience as well as a quiet lounge for residents to use as they desire.
